प्रायवेट नौकरी! (Private Job!)
आज इस पोस्ट में प्रायवेट नौकरी के बारे में कुछ अपने विचार साझा करूँगा।
मैं बहुत परेशान हूं!
मेरी ज़िंदगी उस कुंआ के मेंढक की तरह हो गई है,जो मेंढक उस कुंआ से निकालना तो चाहता है लेकिन निकल नहीं पाता हैं ?
मैं अपने आप को बदलना चाहता हूं, लेकिन हालात बस में नहीं, परेशानियां कम होने का नाम ही नहीं लेती।
जब जब कुछ अच्छा करने की कोशिश करता हूँ, तब कुछ ना कुछ परेशानियां आड़े आ जाती हैं।
ना ही मै अपने परिवार वालों को समय दे पाता हूं, ना हि उनकी कोई मद्दत कर सकता हूं।
प्राइवेट नौकरी में काम करना मतलब की अपने आप को धोका देने के बराबर हैं। एक तरफ कुंआ तो एक तरफ खाईं समझ ही नहीं आता क्या करें?
जिस किसी भी इंसान को अगर फ़ील्ड में घूमने का काम मिल जाये वह अपने आप को कैसे बदले! कैसे अपने आप को कुछ बदलने के लिए समय निकाल पाये? मेरे लिए एक प्रश्न बन जाता हैं?

एक परिवार वाले के लिए एक बहुत बड़ी चुनौती लगने लगती है! फिल्ड की नौकरी करने की वजह से बहुत सी समस्याओं का सामना करना पड़ता हैं।
कंपनी में अपना दर्द बया नहीं कर सकते, क्यों की कम्पनिया इमोशनल पर नहीं चलती!?
कम्पनियो से सवाल- जवाब नहीं कर सकते, फिल्ड में जाने से मना करने से कई नोकरी से निकालने का डर मन में लगा रहता हैं। इस फिल्ड के वजह से ना ही अपनों को साथ दे सकते हैं, ना ही उनकी कोई मददत करने का कोई साहस रहता हैं!
फिल्ड की नौकरी के वजह से घर के बहुत सारे कार्यक्रमो एंव उत्साह में शामिल होने के लिए मिलता नहीं! ना ही उनके दुःख सुख में सही वक्त में सरीख़ हो सकते?
इस फिल्ड के वजह से ऐसा भी समय आ जाता है कि जब खुशी से घर जाने का होता हैं उसी समय चेतावनी भी साथ में लेकर जानी पड़ती हैं की जल्द फिल्ड पर लौट आना हैं!
तकलीफ़ तो बहुत रहती है,परन्तु जिंदगी हैं, और जिंदगी हैं तो काम तो करना पड़ेगा!
एक सच्ची बात बोलू! इस फ़िल्ड के वज़ह से बेटा बाप को ही पहचानना भूल गया है! ..... बेटे को जब बाप का प्यार चाहिए वह उम्र निकल रही हैं,पत्नी को पति का प्यार वो भी समय निकल जाता हैं।
इस प्रायवेट नौकरी के फिल्ड वाले काम में दुःख हो या तकलीफ सब सहने की आदत डालनी पड़ती हैं क्यों की परिवार वाले हैं।
जितना भूखे पेट के लिए रोटी की जरुरत हैं उतना ही जीवन में किसी भी काम को करना जरुरी है,चाहे वह नौकरी कैसी भी हो!
कभी कभी मन में विचार आता है कि यह नौकरी न करू, परन्तु अपनों के लिए जरुरी हो जाता है।
इस प्रायवेट नौकरी में अपनी इछाओ के अनुसार कभी परिणाम नहीं मिलते!
जब चाहा तब कंपनी किसी भी शहर या कोई भी जगह भेज दिया करती है, चाहे वह जगह सुविधाजनक हो या न हो।
टारगेट तो ऐसा देती हैं कि वह एक महीने का काम आपको १० दिनों में ही पूरा करना है अन्यथा अत्याचार करना सुरु हो जाता हैं।
प्रायवेट कंपनियों का टारगेट कभी ख़त्म होने का नाम नहीं लेता,चाहे कर्मचारियों का दिवाला ही निकल जाये।
यह सोचना वाक़ई गलत होगा की प्रायवेट कंपनियों में नौकरी सुरक्षित हैं। इस नौकरी में ना ही वर्तमान सुरक्षित है, ना ही भविष्य सुरक्षित हैं। फिर भी हम जैसे लोगो को करना पड़ता हैं।
क्यों कि मज़बूरी हैं बेरोजगारी के आकड़े ज्यादा प्रमाण में हैं! और नौकरिया बहुत ही कम हैं। आज अगर मैं नौकरी ना करू तो कोई दूसरा मेरी जगह पर काम कर लेगा!
प्रायवेट कंपनी में नौकरी करने के आलावा दूसरा रास्ता नजर नहीं आता, परन्तु प्रयास जारी रहेगा जिस दिन बदलने का मौका मिलेगा जरूर बदलेंगे अपनी किस्मत को एक बार आजमाएंगे जरूर चाहे उसमे हार मिले या जीत।

The target of private companies never takes the name of ending, even if the bankruptcy of the employees comes out.
It would be wrong to think that jobs in private companies are safe. Neither the present nor the future are secure in this job. Still people like us have to do it.
Because the unemployment figures are strong, there is more evidence! And the servants are very rare. Today if I do not do a job, someone else will work in my place!
