सफलता क्या हैं !
सफलता दिलाने के लिए दूसरों के लिए सोचें न की अपने बारे में !
सफलता का पहला नियम हैं की अपने बारे में ना सोचें बल्कि दुसरो के बारे में सोचना ही असली सफलता हैं।
जो सिर्फ अपने बारे में सोचता हैं वैसे इंसान को स्वार्थी कहते हैं। अगर मैं कहु की किसी टीम में काम करते हैं तो उस टीम की सफलता दिलाने पर काम करने में जो आंनद और ख़ुशी मिलती हैं वह अलग ही पहचान छोड़ती हैं। टीम की सफलता में ही अपनी सफलता हासिल होती हैं और उस टीम में रहकर जो सीखने का अनुभव मिलता हैं वह अपने पन में कहा !
सफलता का कार्य एक सम्बन्ध और भावनाओं का हैं जिसमें पूर्णतया विश्वाश और सत्यता पर आधारित हैं। मैं अपनी टीम में रहकर इस भाव में कोई भी कार्य ऐसा नहीं कर सकता जो स्वार्थ में हो।
मेरे नजर में सफलता ऐसी होनी चाहिए कि सिर्फ टीम के बारे में ही सोचते रहु। नए - नए तरीके अपनी टीम से शेयर करते रहु ताकि टीम के लिए सफलता के रास्तें आसान बनते रहे।
सफलता के बारे में सच कहु तो दुसरो की सफलता में ही अपनी ख़ुशी होना ही एक सफ़ल इंसान की असल एक पहचान हैं। अगर टीम को सफल बनाना हैं इस भाव से मन में एक इच्छा शक्ति हैं,तो देखना आप अपने आप में एक आचार्यजनक बदलाव महसूस करने लगोगे। ऐसी बहुत सी बाते हैं जो हम अपने आप को सफल बनाते वक्त सिख नहीं पाते हैं , वह दूसरों को सफल बनाने में सिख मिल जाती हैं। जो ऊर्जा हम अपने आप को सिखने में खर्च करते हैं अगर वही ऊर्जा दुसरो को सीखाने में खर्च हो,तो वह अनुभव अलग ही महशूस होगा।

What a success!
To get success, think for others and not about yourself.
The first rule of success is don't think about yourself but thinking about others is the real success.
I don't want to think about my success! People rarely like the one who thinks about his success.
The person who thinks only about himself is called selfish. If I work in a team, then the joy and happiness that I get while working for the success of that team leaves a different identity. Our success is achieved only in the success of the team and the learning experience that we get by being in that team is said in our own words!
The work of success is of a relationship and feelings in which it is completely based on trust and truthfulness. Staying in my team, I cannot do any work in this sense which is in selfishness.
In my view, success should be such that I keep thinking only about the team. Keep sharing new methods with your team so that the path to success becomes easier for the team.
To tell the truth about success, the real identity of a successful person is to be happy in the success of others. If there is a will power in the mind to make the team successful, then you will start feeling a wonderful change in yourself. There are many such things which we do not learn while making ourselves successful, they are learned by making others successful. The energy that we spend in teaching ourselves, if the same energy is spent in teaching others, then that experience will feel different.
